Richard Stelnik, Esq. is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Court of International Trade. 

He received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he majored in psychology in 1974. He received his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 1977.  He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association.  He has knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
