Stelnik, Esq. is admitted to practice
law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States
District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the
United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United
States Court of International Trade.
He received his B.A. degree
from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1974 where he majored
in psychology. He received his juris doctor degree from New York
Law School in 1977. He is a member of the American Bar Association
and the New York State Bar Association. He has knowledge of Spanish
and Mandarin Chinese.
